MR1 Sour – Manuels River Collab

Naming

The history of Conception Bay runs deep, especially along the Manuels River where the iconic MR1 fossil was found in the 1970s. In collaboration with the Manuels River Interpretation Centre, we’ve created a tart, minty, refreshing tribute to the Cambrian Age trilobite. We use blackberries, Walsh’s Farms blueberries, and river mint foraged from the river itself. Reminiscent of a fruited mojito, we think our MR1 Kettle Sour is an unprecedented find! tart, minty, and refreshing.
